Gender Affirming Surgery.
Seeing patients over 18 years of age, however will consider younger patients offering an opportunity to provide surgical information for when they are over 18 years.
At the Gender Institute Australia (GIA), we believe life-changing gender transformations begin with the right surgical team: experts who combine technical excellence and tailored care with understanding and empathy. Led by Dr Lachlan Farmer, Australia's only surgeon with international training in facial feminisation surgery, gender-affirming top surgery and gender-affirming vaginoplasty surgery, the GIA is uniquely placed to deliver empowering and natural results. With a holistic outlook that celebrates individuality, we're privileged to be a part of each patient's journey to feeling comfortable in their own skin.

This is a trans owned and operated service, by appointment only.
I'm Cleo - a queer, trans hairdresser with a creative background, a community spirit, and a love for hair that runs deep.
After 7 years working across salons and spaces as an assistant and junior, I've finally made it official - I'm now a fully qualified stylist, bringing together lived experience, technical skill, and care-driven service.
I've won awards, I've been shaped by community work, and I'm guided by the belief that hair is more than just hair.
My chair is for everyone who wants to feel held, heard, and cared for - whether you're in for a reshape, a reinvention, or just a good conversation!
