llawarra Shoalhaven Gender Alliance (ISGA) is a health promotion charity that aims to support the health and wellbeing of the local trans and gender diverse (TGD) community. ISGA aims to enhance collaboration between the trans and gender diverse community, health practitioners, and allies and to provide a platform for engagement, connection, support, education, training and advocacy.

Our vision is for a trans and gender diverse community that is safe, supported, encouraged and empowered and that all trans and gender diverse people have appropriate and equitable access to health care.

Trans.au was founded on unceded Aboriginal Land. We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, their Ancestors and Elders past and present. We recognise the ongoing connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples have to the land, waterways, air, and people. 

We acknowledge First Nations Peoples resilience and strength – especially that which we see in Brotherboys and Sistergirls who always have been and always will be an important part of Aboriginal culture and community.
