Rainbow Connections Support Coordinators Natalie and Kim are ready to guide NDIS participants to use their funding in fun and creative ways to reach their goals! Using a collaborative approach to mainstream providers and NDIS providers to navigate each person's need to live their life to the fullest!

Rainbow Connections can support participants that are self-managed and plan-managed for Level 1 and 2 Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery.
